Our History
TCVA is leading the triad in promoting and growing the sport of boys volleyball. Under the leadership and direction of our Boys Director, Justin Burgess, the boys program is entering our 5th year offering boys volleyball. We are striving to grow the sport by teaching TCVA's basic fundamentals.

Boys club volleyball is an opportunity for boys of varying abilities to develop their skills through practice and competition while also furthering their social and academic development. With our focus to detail and passion for the game we are hoping to grow our boys program with each season.
About TCVA Boys Program
Started in 2018 with the goal to grow the boys game in the triad, we have quickly grown to be one of the largest and most successful programs in the state. Last season we produced 5 boys team ranging from 14U - 18U. We have proudly built our reputation on developing the most well-rounded, talented athletes in the area and operating with integrity, class and respect. In a short amount of time we have established our selves as one of the top youth boys programs in the state.
Playing At The Next Level
Our goal is to help any athlete in our organization explore and find the right opportunity to further their education as well as compete at the collegiate level. We provide help and insight with all aspects of recruiting.
Who Are The Coaches?
TCVA Boys Program provides our athletes with one the most experienced coaching staffs in the area. TCVA's Director Of Boys Volleyball, Justin Burgess will be responsible for leading and growing the division of boys volleyball at TCVA. With over 14 years of playing experience along with 14 years of coaching at the college and club level, Justin hopes to share his knowledge of the sport with the boys teams to develop great volleyball players along with developing great all around athletes.
Patrick Shugart is responsible for leading our 14U programs. Patricks has over 20 years of playing and coaching experience, along with coaching at the collegiate level.
