LAUREN GILLON

Lauren graduated from Appalachian State University where she played club volleyball and earned a degree in Exercise Science. She is currently a science teacher at West Forsyth High School and is in her 10th season as the Head Volleyball Coach. She is entering her fourth season with TCVA. Prior to joining TCVA, Lauren coached for four years with Set Point Volleyball Club in Winston-Salem. #trainingwithpurpose
